101TH

Lol I missed my 100th post, now that I realised. So this is my 101th!

So I went missing cos I actually went to bkk for a shopping getaway! Okay not really all shopping but bkk really shocks me in a way. I didn't know bkk looks like this before I got there. All I thought was the place are filled with traffic, stuck everywhere, with roadside stalls filling up the pedestrians pavement you can't even walk, and lastly, filled with all that red shirt protesters. Everywhere sells the elephants motif bags and flowers for the offering to the four-faced god and everything, like everything is super siamese. But no, I was only half correct. Everything just looked so integrated with the new and old. There's still roadside side stalls that covered half the pedestrians pavement selling 100 baht shirts and souvenirs, food and whatnots, and most importantly, it is a shopping paradise like everyone described.

My favourite place to you ask. CHATUCHAK WEEKEND MARKET. There are no pictures to show you how big the place is, all I can say is that you have to go there for at least a month's worth of weekends before you actually explored the whole place, unless you are chuck norris. And squeezing through the crazy crowd and squirming through the small alleys into the shops are totally worth it. Food is really good too! I had so much phadthai but it's just never enough.

Anyway, I just hope that I can go there sometime again, maybe with friends or something.

P.S going with your parents are the best though, I
literally felt like a baby with my mom taking care of everything. She paid for my spendings, she helped me haggered for all that crazily overpriced items, and I felt so safe and relax whenever I'm out with her.
